"All of the Staff members in Guest Services, Maintenance, and House Keeping were very friendly and helpful. The Guest Service members, Donna, Kirby, and one other nice lady that I failed to get her name, were very pleasant when I called from home to set up my reservation. Donna and Kirby were especially helpful when I had difficulty with my room refrigerator. I liked that there are some hotel rooms available that are close to the front lobby and breakfast area for those of us who are senior citizens with a walking disability."

"It was a quaint no frills stay. My husband and I are backpackers and needed a place to stay before we started the trail in the morning. Staff was incredibly friendly. Room was clean although the bed a tad lumpy. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again next time we visit the Eastern Sierras. "
