「The communication was non existent from you, Hotels.com. I never received the check in information and was left tracking down the hotel property who was able to finally give me the directions, condo number and key code access. The property was ok but rustic. 」

「The property was cozy and close to everything and had plenty of parking. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It definitely has an older cabin feel but we didnt mind it. It could use some newer linens and sheets and pillows.」

「Loved this play. We had a 2 bedroom + 1den, 2 bath condo. Extremely well equipped kitchen with very comfortable amenities: keurig, brita, kettle, all the utensils, plates, cups, etc. Wifi was very strong and the location is great. Really nice TV with cable. Very large, comfortable space and quiet but central location.」

「We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels. 「I liked that it was walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Very clean and safe. The condo was cozy and very comfortable. The view was lovely.」

「What a wonderful stay! Spacious condo with a decent view (partially of Crowley Lake). There is a cute little fireplace and kitchenette.」

「My little family had a wonderful stay. I was so impressed how clean it was prior to our arrival. My toddler loved going into the sunroom every morning. We come to Mammoth quite often. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay. It was peaceful and a perfect location for skiers.」

「Nice location at the end of the building so only one connected unit and a view of trees on the other side. No washer/dryer, but you do have keys to the pool/community area with washer/dryer. Be aware these units are three levels so you should be okay with stairs. Lots of room and great kitchen, dining, and living room area. Management was very nice. Location is walking distance to Village Gondola (when it’s open again). 」

很棒的体验

"这是第二次入住了，比第一次（9年前）强很多，cottage是新建的，房间里有洗衣机和微波炉，房间也设计的更合理，很棒！稍微有点不满意的是房子的隔音不好，墙太薄了。酒店的餐厅价格确实贵，味道还能接受，要预定位置，否则要等很久。"

"A great stay in Death Valley. I was traveling with my 90 year old mother and the front desk staff checked us in early and chose a convenient room which was helpful for my mother as we were in a wheelchair. Everything was incredibly perfect, beautiful environment with lots of plants and a fountain in the garden, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, massage room... It's incredible to be in Death Valley! It's really a trustworthy and relaxing resort paradise to experience and explore Death Valley! Highly recommended! Thank you to all the staff for their dedication and service! "
