「We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well」

「We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.」

「或許是旺季，飲食的服務人員非常疲於奔命，室內服務人員給予很高評價，海邊餐廳服務品質及飲食真的不佳，低於預期，非常遺憾」

But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. 」

「Hotel surroundings were dirty. Room has dated furniture, chipped and dented. Washroom was not that clean nooks and corners were dirty. Door handle was loose. Seemed like a 3-Star hotel.」

「Room too small And smell is notthat Good . breakfast is fine.」
