Comfortable bed and cold A/C. This is a Microtel Inn so the bathroom space was limited. Priced good.I would stay here again.」

「The property was very nice. The staff was excellent. She allowed us to come and check in an hour early because we were there for a viewing of my brother-in-law that passed away. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. They would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was great a good variety.」

「Slightly deceiving property. No mention of the empty building it faces, that it still smells like grandma’s cigarette smoke-filled house, and is not really that safe. Room door to the outside is not sealed at the bottom and you can see the light from the outside (about 1/4 in gap at bottom of the door). Nice idea in theory, but if you are going to do a refurbishment of an old motel, do it properly- especially when it is hard to find a good place to stay in Hot Springs. This was definitely done...
