「The basin hotel was so much fun. Learning about it. History was wonderful too. I participated in the paranormal investigation, which was amazing. Staff was wonderfully kind, helpful and always had a smile on their face.!!!!」

「Good parking, great customer service at front desk and from breakfast attendant. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and hallways. Breakfast was hot and good. Pool area was nice. Pool actually heated! Hot tub was amazing. I wish it had steps to get in/out though. My mom scraped her knee trying to get out of it. Was provided with a large bandaid by front desk. Overall a good visit. 」

「The rooms are always clean and fresh. The property is pet friendly. The pool, hot tub and game room give you a great place to retreat to after shopping and walking downtown. The staff is more accomadating that any in the business and you are so close to all of the action in town.」

「This place has been flipped a few years ago with new owners and its flip was filmed on 2 episodes of HGTV. Its past reputation is clearly the past for those that remember back then. You are making a mistake not staying here!」
