「We love this hotel! Great location, very safe with security everywhere. Awesome pool with slides. If you are booking with Expedia they dont list the all inclusive package so ask about adding it when you check in. It was very reasonable and worth every penny! The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was really good, lots of variety, salads, fruits, cheeses, breads. 6 or 7 hot items total and dessert. We are gluten free and always had plenty of options, even dessert. They also have a snack bar...

「Our room was located in the Castle. Very unique and super cool. The location of the resort is perfect. There’s only 1 dining option on the resort, but you can easily walk down the beach and find other things. The staff was awesome. My main complaint is housekeeping didn’t change our sheets during our 4 night stay. I will book there again!」

「I booked this hotel for a week. It’s almost an hour from the airport. Not very much around it. It’s a beautiful resort. The food was very good. HOWEVER, due to the location there is a big bug issue. Mosquitos, sand fleas and biting gnats. It was so bad we couldn’t even spend time outside. Despite the fact we put on bug repellent. We ended up being in the room more often, and there were a lot of bugs in the room as well. Mosquitos, biting gnats and roaches. I am covered in bites from head to toe....

「This is my second time to this hotel. The first time was 7 years ago and it was very good. But this time it was very bad, no internet, no cell phone signal. Also, you could cook in the apartment before, but now there is nothing, the kitchen is just for decoration.」
