「We had a great stay. The staff could’ve been more helpful. The restaurant food quality is good but service is slow for the price they charge. Overall probably the best hotel in roatan but service is not comparable to Mexico resorts.」

「We choose this place at random. Really glad as it was in the center of the action at West Bay and had all the amenities. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I would also say they had a decent work out facility for a hotel. Overall we really had a good time and the staff was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was not some cheap continental breakfast but a full selection. The room had a really cold A/C unit. Can not remember a vacation where we had this much fun that was matched by...

「We love this hotel! Great location, very safe with security everywhere. Awesome pool with slides. If you are booking with Expedia they dont list the all inclusive package so ask about adding it when you check in. It was very reasonable and worth every penny! The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was really good, lots of variety, salads, fruits, cheeses, breads. 6 or 7 hot items total and dessert. We are gluten free and always had plenty of options, even dessert. They also have a snack bar...

「The property is very nice, but it is 30 minutes from the airport and very far from the tourist area. The bungaloo are amazing. My room didn't have a fridge. There is an incredible number of mosquitoes, and repellent doesn't work. The food isn't very varied, but it is tasty. The drinks are good, and the staff is very friendly.」

Esta última ves se nos quedaba un aparato de un sirve para los ronquidos, y el busito del hotel ya nos iba a dejar a tomar el Ferri y ellos llamaron y nos entregaron sin nosotros bajarnos llegaron hasta el carro para entregárnos.
