「Mi experiencia no fue buena. Durante toda mi estadía nunca tuve agua caliente, a pesar de que esperaba contar con este servicio. Es algo básico, especialmente para una estadía de varios días, y considero que deberían solucionar este inconveniente para futuros huéspedes.」
