「good」

「I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(」

「The room was adequate. I had to wash out the air conditioning filter in the shower because it was filthy. The bathroom had a mildew smell.. the man who checked me in was a little short on personality, but had a lot of helpful information when I asked him, the continental breakfast was weak, as was the coffee.」

「Arrived just before 6PM to nobody in office and a note on the door directing us to a different cottage ( # 22 ) than the reservation called for ( # 11 ) ..There was a gas wall heater...but no gas to run it . So I used the electric kitchen stone to heat the cottage , but someone had spilled grease on the burners so it smoked terribly. So I opened the doors and windows and turned on the fan until it cleared. Still no one at the office to talk to 7 PM Using the electric oven for warmth we got...

「Cute and clean!」

「Upon entry of the building there was an instant "old" smell. Ceiling leaking in different places. Our room was clean, bedding was clean, pillows were good. The entire room look to be remodeled BUT, our door was badly repaired from what looked like being kicked in! Windows around entire building were filled with cobwebs and dirty. The outside grounds were not really kept well. With a little attention to detail around the building and premises, this would be a much nicer place. From 3rd floor we...

「My only issue was the bed was too soft, with indentations in it. If that had been newer, I would try to figure out a way to give this place 10 stars! The private use hot tub and sauna were absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible as well!」

「Love proximity to the hot springs.」

「We loved our visit and can't wait to go back. Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess and could not be any nicer, she is a great asset! 」

「The host was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night. They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. However, the host’s dog (a very large German Shepherd) jumped on me, urinated on my car, and was off leash in the front...

「The cabin was beautiful! Had enough room and it was very clean. Very easy access to the lake. Communication with host was easy and fast. Will definitely stay again.」

「Great location, unfortunately weather was bad and couldn't not really go anywhere to explore. TV remote stopped working and host was supposed to respond as I called and she didn't call back. No tv and couldn't really leave. Had to leave a day early as more rain was coming and not much to do in the house. Part of town was closed due to weather」

「At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. 」

「Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.」
