"We loved this hotel. I received personal messages from them confirming my stay and we were upgraded upon arrival. Front desk staff was exceptional at check in, and our room was outstanding. Spotless. We had a delicious dinner in the hotel after exploring all day. The pool was warm and also extremely clean. The view of the lake from the hotel is quite beautiful. "

"The property is beautiful with a great location and we had an incredible view. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded us and wrote a lovely note. "The room was clean, staff were really helpful and polite. Food and drink prices were not too bad. Air conditioning was an issue, the hotel says it is air-conditioned,which is one of the main reasons I booked it, however what they do not say is that it does not get switched on till mid May. Unfortunately this led to 3 nights of bad sleep as it was hot."

"This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!"
