Beautiful hotel in front of the lake. They kindly provided information via email even before our stay and promptly replied to our questions about parking. The room was well-appointed, and the view was wonderful. Some staff at the spa and restaurant weren't friendly, and the room wasn't cleaned on the 2nd day, so I'd give it 4 stars.
