The location was handy, for the station, the lake and many areas to walk, which was why I picked this, plus the Campanile hotels are reasonably priced. The WiFi was extremely slow, but the breakfast was okay. A good option for a mid-price stay and close to my favorite restaurant for the visit, Chez Ingalls, which is open all afternoon.

this hotel is very conveniently located near downtown and the bus depot. the balcony was nice as well as the breakfast tat opens early. Friendly and helpful staff. would recommend.

Room is rather stark. But for the price it is a good deal. Great location and clean. Plus the provided breakfast was more than expected, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. As most places is France, you had to use public parking, but the parking was close by and the hotel provides a good discount on the parking.

Parking is around the block. When I went to leave the parking it wouldn’t accept my ticket to pay. No worries one young staff member said she would walk over with me and call from ticket machine and clear it all up. I don’t speak French so she was a blessing to make things easy. Very friendly staff that are very helpful! Hôtel in great location as near all the sites to walk to.

The carpet in the bedroom appeared filthy with stains and not that clean That being said, cleaning staff were lovely, bed always beautifull clean as was the bathroom. Staff were hit and miss. Some pleasant, some couldnt care less.

Fantastic hotel

Really good location, room was clean, modern and comfy to stay in. The hotel is close by to everything you need, bakeries, supermarkets etc. Only around 10 mins away from the Lac D’Annecy and Main attractions. Would happily stay again when I return
