「EXPEDIA should be ashamed of themselves to have a property in their system of this caliber!! This is CANADA. We have much higher standards than this. Upon arrival, the door/screen door was wide open and upon entering there was NOBODY in the whole house. I called the phone number of the Mamora Inn and got a person who said " write your name & particulars on the paper at the desk and let yourself in, I will be back there at 9:30p" (this was at 4p). 「Very disappointed in our trip this time. We've been coming to the sword in every year for the past 6 years. The location is the only good thing about this property. When we got into our room, the shower still had other people's hair strands in it as well as old soap scum along the walls. The shower walls were not scrubbed at all after the last guests. The room smelled musty and not freshly cleaned. Maybe they went under new management, I have never experienced this place to be so terrible until...
