「 Everything about the hotel itself is great, and it seems like it's new even though it's about 5 yrs. old. The rooms are extremely clean, the lobby area is comfortable and inviting, and there's a great bar and restaurant. The most outstanding thing is the staff - everyone is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location - near the airport yet far enough away that you don't hear the jets going over. Overall, an excellent place to stay! 」

「Jasmine was working at the desk when I arrived and was friendly and helpful. The building is old, and there's a simple charm to the building and rooms.The hallways are wide and carpeted and was such a quiet stay. Cruiser bikes are available to check out. Great location.」

「First the breakfast is not free, but it was the best hot food breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. It was set up restaurant style with linen cloth tables already set with stoneware cups and nice glasses. Food was self serve and was hot and filling, but a lady provided drink service to your table. I will stay here again when I return to Panama City.」

「Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here. 」

「We had a great time at PCB. We were only in the hotel for sleeping and showering. The a/c ran great. The shower was nice and did not run out of hot water. The massager head was nice. There were bottles on the shower wall of shampoo and conditioner. The tv was very nice. The bed was kinda lumpy but typical of most hotels I've stayed at. The pillows were nice and fluffy.
