「Tru was clean, breakfast was sufficent, and I like that I can get drinks and snacks in the lobby. I've stayed at this property multiple times.」

「The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They are charging me extra for a rag that was already tore when I got to hotel. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 on Thursday morning and they couldn't get it to shut off til after 3 in the morning.」

「Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place.」

You can be downtown within minutes, and there are restaurants, stores, and businesses all around, so even if you don’t have a car, you can easily walk somewhere to eat or pick up what you need. 「1st, Jennifer at the front desk was kind, funny, and helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfy, the kitchenette had the basics and storage bowls too. The pool was cloudy and half of the washers and dryers did not work. We will return.」

「The pictures of the hotel on Expedia are AI. The hotel is under construction. That was not disclosed anywhere until I drove 3 hours to the hotel. The entire hotel is under construction. It was a mess! The elevator looked very sketchy to ride in. The bathtub was dirty. Plus no buffet breakfast like advertised. The best part of my one night stay was the cold AC.」

「Great location for what I needed. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Only thing I did not like was that at least 50% of my towels were stained so looked dirty. Also the dispensers in bathrooms were very hard to use for someone with weak hands.」
