「It was a good 3 Star hotel but it is only good for a one night stay」

「we booked 2 nights and then late afternoon of the first day we found we were unable to stay over the next night and had to quickly checkout. I would have thought they would at the least give us a partial refund. I realize checkout was 11:00 but things change and it just happens . We were gone all day so couldn't check out. They even kept the pet fee for the second night. I could understand a late check out fee but not the whole fee. the check in lady was awesome. it went down...

「Room was great, A/C excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. (delivered an extra blanket very nicely.) Breakfast was tasty and all the food was good, but quite busy and a bit chaotic getting in and out of a small room where the breakfast bar was. waiting on waffles held up the line quite a bit ... could they move that out of that room and put elsewhere? thanks」

「The property was clean, neighbours were great, bathrooms were well maintained and looked after. Our tent was clean, stocked and comfortable. The ONLY thing I could say was a negative is it's right next to medi helicopter, both nights we were there it woke us up. However, it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. I just wish I knew in advance because we may have stayed at the Lodges instead of the tent (apparently they couldn't hear it).」

「Williamstown is an extremely quiet town. Our room was right across from the ice cream parlor. It seems as if the rest of the town closes on Sunday - Wednesday. Not much shopping could be done. As for the room, very clean. However, no access to outside unless you are leaving. No balcony or porch to hang out on. We got a little antsy for 3 nights with the town being practically "closed down" (sun-wed). Overall, a good place for the price. The staff is extremely accomodating. The room was...

「CLEAN AND BUG & SMOKE FREE. I would recommend this location. Great Location was perfect for The ARK and Creation Museum. It was also a perfect location for local restaurants and gas stations. Close ot the interstate too. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Was given great instructions and had communication with the managers. Things to consider: The bathroom is not really big for disabled folks, and the beds are memory foam type and were a little lower than we would have liked.」
