"Room too hot. Can’t adjust the temperature when needed since it is centralized control for all the rooms. Bathroom extractor full of dust and no air extraction. Bathtub seal not cleaned. Black mould visible. "

"We had a wonderful week’s stay at the double tree. The location was very ideal and easy for getting around, lots of shopping and dining options located within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Nicholas at the front desk, such a star. We would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in Berlin and would stay there again when we return. "

"Beautiful hotel, rooms decent size but if you are from US the air does not work well at all. We requested a fan but never received one. "

"Excellent location, easy access to transport. Room was good but spoiled by housekeeping entering our room without knocking despite asking for no room cleaning. This happened again a 2nd time despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. They also tried to charge us for mini bar items which we had not taken."

"Excellent location! Walkable to most popular sights, museums, canal cruises. Building is clean, safe & the rooms are same. Perfectly equipped, modern, lovely, comfy, cozy bed. Dining varieties close by & a small efficient grocery store if you need. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. Walkable to Central Station. "
