「Super everyone and everything 💕🇬🇪💕🖼️」

「The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. 」

「good experience」

「There was construction on the Main Street of hotel which was very disruptive. Shower was outdated. Staff tried to be helpful. We did get later checkout (1pm instead of 12pm). They should have offered something for the inconvenience of the construction (like maybe free breakfast?) or at least mention this with time for traveler to change hotels」

「Very friendly stuff. Perfect location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Thanks a lot.」

「We stayed only 2 days instead of 5 because: we found ants, no light in the bedroom, NO WATER FROM 4 am to 2 pm the next day. NOT EVEN A DROP OF WATER!!!! When we arrived at the place where the reservation said that was our apartment, they send us an email telling us to go to a different building!!!! After we asked for the refund, we went to a beautiful little hotel call BLACK SEA STAR HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE, BREAKFAST INCLUDED in a nice place with nice staff. It was a very disappointing...

「Extremely poorA particularly poor experience hotel」
