「excellent glamping experience, the view is spectacular. you can see the whole snow-capped Caucasian mountain range right in front of your room, Room is comfortable. bathroom is excellent. Staff service is wonderful. you can enjoy fantastic view when you have your breakfast. It is a bit far from city center but with your own transportation, it is not a problem. excellent stay and highly recommended」

「An exceptional stay. Although we arrived later in the evening, the staff were wonderful. The hotel room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Don't miss the view from the rooftop, just beautiful, only to be outshined by the lovely grounds around the hotel. There are two museums on the property, the wine museum is amazing and worth a visit, it is right in the hotel near the eating area. 「Awesome breakfast spread, great place away from main town. Room was a bit smaller than expected. They have a great cafe and nice beers which they brew it in house. Very friendly and hospitable people. They also have activities like horse riding and cooking classes(unfortunately we didn't have time)」

「The staff were young & not trained in customer service! I asked for help with my luggage & the young man who kept me waiting Is seen at the bar- free. He could have helped me straight away cos the porterage took 2 minutes, he knew that but kept me waiting regardless. The hot water was only tepid both in the vanity & shower. It was a cool night so I didn’t appreciate a cool shower. The toilet cistern didn’t work & kept running. I reported these things so future users weren’t inconvenienced. But...
