「Awesome place truly beautiful surrounding area a must visit」

「Clean room and pretty property. Off season so maybe that is why they did not have heat. No coffee in room. Breakfast was ok. Too far away from everything. The other properties I stayed at in Georgia have been much better. 」

「An excellent hotel close to everything Borjomi has to offer. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with any inquiries. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. 」

「Hotel in Serious need of renovation and repairs. Also noisy fridge in the room. Guests talking loudly in the middle of the night - so poor insulation. Poor breakfast. Electrical sockets missing in the right places. Very high step into shower. Too many stairs to climb - if you have heavy luggage it can be a problem」

「Die Lage ist gut, da fußläufig zu zwei Liftanlagen. Mit Englisch und Russisch kommt man einigermaßen zum Ziel, es kann aber mehrerer Kommunikationsanläufe benötigen. Der Spabereich ist einfach aber funktional.」

「I was surprised how nice, clean and comfortable the hotel. If you ski ,especially with kids, it’s your place. All the resort is very well planned, ski slopes are very easy to access, skating rink is just steps from the hotel. Big and nice restaurants are down and up. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend the Crystal hotel.」
