However the hotel has more of a hostel feel. The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear every noise from the hallway and people talking. You can even hear noise from other rooms. Good value if you don't mind the noise.」

The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. 「Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. Location is a bit hard to find since it’s not on Google Maps yet, but the Google Plus Code (copy and paste into Google Maps) is: QG3H+VP Bakuriani, Georgia. 」

「STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable.」
