「The hotel is quiet and there are few restaurants around. The room rate is clean but a bit small.」

「The place is nice and as listed. But the host doesn’t respond on time bed cover was the dirtiest ever and it had lots of fresh wet stain. The wifi code never worked The bathroom hose was leaking . I kept contacting the host every day kept saying yes I will finally after 3 days we got the right code for wifi The bathroom leak never fixed. Ours was breakfast included and supposed to be between 8-9 But some days came at 10:30 and one day we never received.」

「This was advertised as a full service hotel on and it was quite the opposite. The room pictured that were advertised looked nothing like the room I was given. The size of the room I received was also the wrong size being much smaller. I also had no access to the amenities because this was an apartment/hotel as they call it. More of an-apartment rental than a hotel.」

「Property was very nice and well maintained. Dining area was a little congested at times however, it appears that a facility is being constructed on the premises to accommodate. Breakfast was great! The staff was very courteous and helpful and despite large crowds kept the area clean and fully stocked with the great breakfast selections.」

「The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. 」

The food was also excellent and consistently enjoyable. However, there are some areas where the service could improve. On several different days, we called both room service and the front desk multiple times, and unfortunately, no one answered. This was frustrating, especially when we needed assistance.
