"My experience was horrible. There was only one elevator working the entire weekend. The hot water in the room did not get hot, like warm at best. Even though we prepaid for breakfast, we didn’t receive the voucher at check in. At breakfast, I had to return to the front desk to show proof of purchase which took up even more time after waiting on the elevator for over 15 minutes."

"The room was ok to stay for one night the only issue was the room smell so bad it smell like weed and it was so strong. "

From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely phenomenal—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. Every detail reflected the high standard you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton property. Although I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, everything else about my stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta and looking for exceptional service and a clean, comfortable place to stay."

"The staff were rude, slow and uninformed during the check in process. They didn’t even know how to use the app to pay for multi-day parking passes. The rooms were dirty and unkept. The restaurant was awful and there is no other food options close by. I definitely will not stay there again or recommend it for anyone else."
