"Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "

"The room was great! The staff was helpful, although for a minute at the front desk they couldn't find my reservation. I was able to check in a few hours early because there was a room already available. They came while we were out that same day and made up the couch as a bed for our kids to sleep on. The only thing about the room was that although there was a closet right in front of the door for coats and such, there wasn't a dresser in the room to store our clothes in so we just kept our suitcases open on the floor to grab stuff out of. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING."

"I'll start with what was good, the location is great, the service was excellent, and everything was very nice and clean. However, the room pictures shown when booking the room are deceiving as the room we booked was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen and didn't look like the room in the example photos. I didn't pay attention to the square footage when booking and that was my mistake but I've never payed attention to square footage when booking a room but I will from now on. My other complaint is they didn't provide washcloths for showering, not sure if that's a European thing or not and we didn't ask because we were in a hurry in the mornings when we would go to take a shower and remembered we didn't have them. Overall though we enjoyed our stay. "

"Ideal location for exploring London close to Blackfriars and St Paul's tube. Very close to St Paul's itself. Large hotel with rooftop bar. All staff we encountered were helpful. Room a good size and lovely breakfast. "
