「I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. 「Friendly staff and spacious rooms, there is a great attention to detail with all the services we used. We didn’t use the restaurant but the bar staff were very high on service and make beautiful cocktails. There is a lovely bar on the top floor with views over the marina. 「unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower, tv was not working, the flush in toilet was temprimental and the toilet seat was moving, bed frame was broken. Definitely not worth £116 per night and without the breakfast. Daylight robbery. Was cleaned and nice man helped us to enter the front door. Sadly basic amenities failed.」

「We were notified very early the room was ready which was great along with car parking details and key code. The room was clean/ rea facilities/small fridge/fan/hairdryer. The room downstairs had facilities to use toaster- big fridge-plates etc The host was lovely friendly and informative.well situated near the pier end it was quiet and we slept well.」
