「The shuttle bus time table was not available before we reach the hotel. As a result we waited in the heat for more than 30 mins. The staff could have let us know before we arrive.」

「Very clean and comfortable room. Helpful and sincere staff. Very close to airport. Highly recommended」

「Clean room, air con, great staff, great price, located centrally」

「Great hotel, lovely staff. Dinner buffet not the greatest but overall lovely property and great location.」

「The hotel's location and internal condition is good, in particular its prime location next to Dubai Mall.」

「Good location for Dubai not to far from Dubai mall and Burj Khalif. Handy having a small supermarket near by. The room was spacious and bathroom good size We opted for breakfast and dinner as a convenience but the choices for both were a bit disappointing for a buffet. The hot dinner choices were at best warm even at open at 6.30pm. The staff were friendly and helpful.」
