The room was lovely. Fantastic views on 66th floor. My daughter’s extra bed was not ready on arrival at 2am despite me messaging ahead. The AC in the room did not work and had to be fixed. 2 poor nights in hot room. The lounge was excellent. Good food and great service. The pool was too busy when we went and no sun beds. On Expedia and the website the infinity pool on 74th floor was advertised. This is not part of the hotel and costs extra and is expensive. You can’t even go there to look at it. This is false advertising either by Expedia or the hotel which is disappointment. Has the potential to be fantastic but at present is very average and overpriced without the true amenities being sold.

Das Design ist absolut faszinierend, die Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung des Hotels nagelneu und makellos , qualitativ hochwertig ... Man fühlte sich einfach rundum wohl und perfekt aufgehoben. Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit aber auf eine sehr liebevolle und angenehme Art und Weise und herzlich , nicht aufdringlich. Auch das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und lecker, es gibt eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück, die einen jedoch nicht erschlägt und man kann mit direktem Blick zum Meer frühstücken. Die Lage direkt an der Marina ist ein absolutes Plus und auch zum Strand hat man es nicht weit. Es gäbe noch tausend Dinge die mir einfallen würden, die dieses Hotel absolut einzigartig und aussergewöhnlich machen, es ist ein wirklich einzigartiges Erlebnis hier zu sein und mehr als empfehlenswert.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Ciel Hotel Dubai. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Ganesh, who was welcoming and attentive, as well as Witness, who was equally warm and helpful. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality made the stay even more memorable. We would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

Stunning views. Didn’t really like the lobby area, there was no one to greet us and had to walk up to lobby which seemed small compared to hotel. AC was just not working throughout hotel. It felt pretty hot, asked to get it fixed but never made a bit of difference. Better fix it before summer!

The hotel itself was very good customer service and amazing housekeeping. The staff was always helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. The only thing I would say we didn’t enjoy was the location. The area is really busy and has a lot of traffic due to construction but other than that the hotel is great. Some great cafes in the area too!

Das neu eröffnete Hotel ist sehr schön. Zu Beginn wirkt es etwas „kompliziert“, da alles kreisförmig organisiert ist – Lobby, Aufzüge, Frühstücksbuffet –, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Unser Zimmer war schön, wir hatten sogar ein Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Allerdings war es etwas klein. Zudem wird der Infinity-Pool nicht vom Hotel selbst betrieben, und für die Nutzung muss man 250 € bezahlen. Das fanden wir schade, da dies nicht ausreichend kommuniziert wird und dennoch damit geworben wird, obwohl man ihn faktisch nicht nutzen kann. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut, jedoch würden wir aufgrund der Lage und des sehr starken Verkehrs beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Le personnel est au petit soin, la chambre et la literie était très bien même si un peu petite. Les ascenseurs c’est un peu long mais c’est très haute tour donc compréhensible. La skypool vraiment dommage de ne pas aviser qu’il n’y a pas de soleil l’après-midi et qu’il y a à beaucoup de vent ! Nous sommes restés une heure et nous sommes partis. Le Sky Lounge la vue est des plus incroyables !
