The service was amazing, from Mark (at the front desk) answering my questions to Rakibul (our housekeeper) who kept our room immaculate, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Room was a good size, with a nice view. The location was great. Staff were friendly. But despite paying for a better room with a Burj Khalifa view, our room was really noisy impacting sleep, both with the bar and reception below us, plus rattly adjoining doors and fellow guest shouting at 2-3am in the morning.

Staff is absolutely amazing. And hotel very clean and spacious. Restaurants are next level. My absolute favorite is the roof top restaurant and pool area with a clear clear view of Burj khalifa! Fabulous hotel m. Rooms clean modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent variety on offer was fab. Main Pool area lovely and modern would need some attention to lower deck maintenance fresh coat of paint would help and remove broken umbrella!!! One down side is the music from the club especially on the weekend in creek view rooms as it can be load and go on late into early hours
