"When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we learned that it was under renovation (changing to a Hilton) which started a couple months ago. We booked at the Clarion last year—it would have been nice to have been informed in the meantime of the renovation and that the restaurant/breakfast was not an option during our stay. Other than that, the hotel was fine."

"First off nothing worked! They are either renovating their pool or closing it but either way they should have this listed that it’s not available since it’s an indoor pool and hot tub. Second, there were little black bugs in the bathroom , not sure what kind of bug but it was definitely moving . Lots of them. I advised staff of the phone in the room not working , the manager came up blew on the cord and tried several times to make it work which it was obvious it wasn’t working. He then said it’s something wrong with the cords in the wall and that he could just leave the broken phone but never offered a replacement. Then our room cards kept deactivating. When i confronted them about this I was told by the receptionist that another guess had been put under my name. I’m not even sure how that happened. So I ended up with 3 cards. The breakfast was awful. The sausage was not done at all, they serve the same thing everyday. The power went out and they closed the elevators and advised we had to use the stairs until the power came back on which eventually it did. The front desk receptionist was ok. They weren’t rude they just didn’t have supplies. I also booked a king size bed room and they gave me a double bed room . My whole booking was a mess to be honest. Truly unfortunate. I will NOT be booking this hotel again. EVER!!! "

"No hot water to bathe or shower. Window coverings didn’t work properly. Check in was marginal at best. A very disappointing stay at this Tru. "

"I dont like that they charge $ 5.00 a day for parking if we are staying at there property. Thats not right."
