The room was clean and well maintained, and the hotel has a very good location that made getting around easy and convenient. However, the front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly to improve the overall guest experience.

Overall great stay!

The room was clean, good size and everything worked it should. Breakfast daily was great and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Pet friendly was a huge bonus and the park opposite the hotel was perfect. Let downs were the gym, pool and laundry room on our floor.

The staff was great. Excellent customer service. Would I stay at the LaQuinta again? NEVER! My Room had roaches, the neighbors had dogs that barked the whole time I was there, the people above me were loud and stomped all night long, MANAGEMENT was never on property and I never received a call back when i complained…. Then when i arrived to my room there was a used roll of toilet paper still in use, nothing new, USED. That is very unsanitary.This property management needs to be changed because it seems the only good employees are the staff… SHAME ON YOU LaQuinta in suites in Lewisville Texas
