「For the price that I was paying per night, not having complimentary coffee was not acceptable. My in-room refrigerator made intermittent noises, which would wake me up several times each night. Also, the Marriott app is not user-friendly at all. Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ...

「Great stay, although check in ends at 10, we had arrived almost midnight and the staff was still able and willing to check us in thank goodness. But just keep in mind that the check in ends at 10 typically. Also locked the key card in the room three times and the staff was so graceful with helping us out (It was not me who did this, my buddy did) helped immediately when the touchpad for the key wasn't working once, they made quick work. Nice stay.」

「We found blood on a pillow and when we told the front desk their response was - ok thank you, we’ll tell house keeping. The pool temperature was too cold to swim. Also, they charge for parking which was a surprise and obnoxious since there is no other way to get to the hotel annual for the area.」
