「The room was clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast was good, the only feedback would be on how the counter was set up. The most popular item - the waffle maker was located almost in a corner next to the juice machine and beside a coffee machine. It was VERY congested and resulted in some frustrated individuals. Perhaps that popular breakfast item could be located away from the rest of the items available.」

「We had a nice stay at the Black Bear. Great location and Kim was very accommodating.」

「What an amazing experience! The Inn is so charming! The place was absolutely spotless, breakfast bar was stocked perfectly, dinner both nights was fabulous and the staff was amazingly friendly! We cannot wait to book our next stay!」

「We were so excited to go stay at the Shadowcrest and it completely exceeded our expectations! The host was so wonderful and the room was beautiful and so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!」

「Room was clean. Towels were soft. Exactly what I was looking for. Staff was helpful and kind. I’ll be back.」

「Booked for two nights, left after one. The room was fine- clean, no funky smells, clean bathroom newer mattresses and HVAC. As a solo female traveler, I just didn’t feel great about the location, lack of on-site staff, and door locks. A no-frills, roadside motel was not for me, but could be fine for you.」
