「Very elegant, spacious and clean hotel room. Our room was facing the lake. Very beautiful view in the moring and when sun set. The hotel resturant is very good. We enjoyed a pleasant dinner there. 」

「Overall experience is brilliant: good lake view, good service, clean, comfortable. But there's only one drawback: the shower drains very slow. I had to finish shower in 5 mins to avoid water flooding out. I still highly recommend this hotel. 」

「This is my second stay here and it's not my last. This hotel looks unremarkable from the outside but it is beautiful on the inside. Open fires, stunning wood beam ceilings, a fantastic pool and the rooms are spotless. There are spa treatments available but we didn't make use of them this time. The treatments are a bit pricey but i think if you buy a spa package when you're booking your room it works out cheaper, so have a look. The staff in the hotel are all lovely and very friendly. 「Mainly stayed for Keswick Convention. Walkable distance from Base Camp and Main Tent at Skiddaw Street. It's quiet and near a scenic view from a river nearby. The lawn of the Hotel brings rabbits and relaxing atmosphere to guests. Friendly staff and great self-served breakfast. A good balance of price and service. Will definitely visit again.」
