「Clean building and amenities. The staff was professional and clean.」

「The property was not as shown on website. The rooms had a bad smell. The beds need to thrown away along with the rest of the furniture. The fire dectors in one the room hanging of the wall. The staffing was unprofessional with there appearance. Clean that building up and you can get better businesses. Nasty! Nasty!」

「Hotel was a little tricky to find. Check-in was conducted through a plexiglass window. Clerk was pleasant. Location not convenient to anything. Beds were comfortable and the drip coffee maker worked just fine. Seems totally over priced.」

「Clean room, comfortable beds. Brent was our checkin host and he was an amazing customer service person thoroughly explaining where everything was in hotel and hours available. Usual good hot breakfast included. Several great restaurants within walking distance--basically across the parking lot.」

「Not fancy and right by a busy truck stop. Not in the greatest part of town. We just needed a place to stay for a night so it suited our needs. Dogs allowed.」

「I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my room and the overall experience during my stay. After a long flight, I checked into my room around 2:00 a.m. and immediately reported scratches on the wall so there would be no question that I was not responsible for the damage. Around 4:00 a.m., I pulled back the covers and found the fitted sheet was filthy. I called the front desk and requested clean sheets or another room, but was told there were no available rooms and that I would have...

「First, the pool was disgusting. The room was ok, but no curtains on the windows and the blinds did not filter out the light; which kept me up all night. And the entrance is weird being right off a 4 lane highway and hard to see.」
