「I had to literally take my disabled husband to a gas station shower to be able to clean him up because property had no hot water. He has issues that need proper hygiene with hot water. I was offered no refund for failure to provide and essential service. I was offered points but we do not use this program, we paid in full, not points. 」

「It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...
