"The property was beautiful as always and service superb. The pool and hot tub were occupied by several people and children so we did not get to enjoy it during our stay. The athletic club area was under construction and we were never able to gain access to the sky deck as it was closed during our stay. However, the rest of the property was nice and extremely comfy bed and bedding. "

"Front desk staff is super nice, the breakfast staff was odd. They only greeted certain people and gave me and my kids dirty looks. Our hotel room had damage and nails on the floor. The pool was soooo gross. Idk the last time they cleaned it. The location of this hotel is really, really good."

"Worst experience. I booked through hotels.com a 2 bedroom suite with Two beds & more to accommodate my family. When I arrived I was put in a tiny room with 2 full size beds that were about 1.2 feet too high from the floor. I spoke to clerk about it showed her my reservation stating two bdrm suite & she laughed & said they didn't have any availabile & that the booking site did not update their list before reserving it. The bookings were NON Refundable! Very disappointed. Since I was on a tight travel budget, we had to stay there because it was over $100 stay & one of my kids had to sleep on the floor. The beds were uncomfortable I woke up with a hurting back, couldn't sleep well. My son couldn't sleep because of the floor & they didn't even offer a cot or anything nor extra comfortable vets to accommodate the floor... I spoke to hotels.com & they called the hotel, the hotel stuck to the non refundable & hotels.com was not f going to do the r fund either so neither would accept responsibility for this terrible experience & waste of my budget. Hotels.com gave me $50 one key cash to go toward another hotel stay which by the time I get the chance to use it the one key cash will have been discontinued most likely . Very disappointed. I will never stay at that Days in again. & It was connected to a nice looking Mexican restaurant so we thought, it'll be fine, we can go get a sit down dinner. Wrong!! That restaurant has a very loud as bar inside it that made it miserable "

"The Guest House at Graceland is a first-class facility. We only have one suggestion for improvement; the gluten-free options on the restaurant/bar menus could be more plentiful. We stayed three days and our teenage granddaughter who must eat gluten-free was rather limited in what she could eat. Otherwise, we were very happy for the large portions for the rest of us. Security was evident at all times which we came to realize was important as this area of Memphis does have a good bit of crime. There were multiple shootings reported on news during our short time there but we never felt threatened. We enjoyed the shuttle service to Graceland and drove ourselves downtown to visit other attractions on one day. Staff was all very friendly and very helpful."

"The Lady at the breakfast place was very sweet with my kids. The hotel is an old hotel that needs maintenance, no pool like shown in the pictures of Expedia was found"

"Very cool room inside bass pro. Good detail and decor throughout store and hotel. Fun things for kids to do like bowling, games, scavenger hunt. Service in restaurant at top was nice. Very friendly staff, be patient takes a while for food to come out. Food was terrific. Everyone friendly who worked there. "

"Very nice hotel, beautiful room with comfortable bed and furniture...and after a long day of travel we loved that there was a restaurant and bar off the lobby. Our bartender/server was great! "
