「The location, hotel, proximity to garage, service, and ease were nice. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience.」

「The hotel is beautiful as was our room. We found the beds comfortable and the shower great. Was thankful for the coffee shop as it was a great start to the day. We were here to visit Graceland, which is walking distance, but we took advantage and used the free shuttle. I would stay here again. 」

「The front desk were super friendly and helpful.. the rooms on the other hand… they appear nice at first glance but every time I’d use something in the room I’d notice how gross it was. The showers have mold all in the grout and shower heads.. the mirrors were dirty with a black substance on one of them. The floors had cigarette butts behind the bed all the outlets were broken and loose missing the face plates. The toilets weren’t clean and the desks, refrigerators, and microwaves seemed to have...
