「There was so free breakfast like Expedia says. The people said they have tried to get it changed but no luck. I booked this location for that reason alone. I stayed of course, but was disappointed.」

「I booked a one bedroom and when I got there I was told they didn't have any and ended up with a 2 bed studio. I asked the front desk person what do I do since I paid extra for the one bedroom. She said you'll have to take it up with who you booked it through. Then I get to the room and there are pillows all over the floor. I saw housekeeping down the hall and asked if that was ok. They said oh the room is clean we just didn't finish putting the pillow cases and duvet cover on. So they did...
