「A must go midway place if you travel from Londonderry to Dublin (or vice versa). Reasonable price & good food in the bar & restaurant. If you drive there, your car can be parked next to your room, extremely convenient. 」

「The food was great, but the service is really slow. Maybe the kitchen is over worked? It took too long to get your food. The waiting made me anxious which took away from the enjoyment of the food.」

「First class. Had a late arrival, excellent check in process (ready with key cards, very smooth) and bar open till late. Rooms of high standard and breakfast was great. Can't fault this hotel. Would definitely stay again.」

「Good location for Emerald Park however hotel room floor was filthy and not hoovered (pretzels and biscuits all over floor). We had to pay for everything as we went along and they wouldnt let us charge to the room. Shower was good when it worked. Most plugs in the room didnt work. Mouldy curtains in room also. They seperate the bar and restaurant however the menu is the same and we had to go looking for menus in the restaurant. 」

「Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Food was great. We had booked a family room for me, my partner and 2 kids but found the room a bit small. Rooms were clean but the only issue we had was that our sheets weren't changed, usually this wouldn't have bothered me as we only stayed 2 nights but due to heavy duvets my partner had been sweating the night before and had to get into a damp bed on the second night」
