「Great experience during check- in. Was permitted to check in early. Great cosy pub. Excellent Guinness. The actual room lacked any real ventilation as the one window only pushed outwards slightly and the air felt stagnant and hot. A fan would have helped or indeed a window that opened fully. Overall a great little spot and would definitely recommend.」

「Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests.」

Rooms are well designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning unit in our room periodically made grinding sounds — seemed only when adjusting to new set temperature— and did not happen while sleeping at night.
