「Location was nice , the areas were a bit tired…unfortunately the spa area was a bit disappointing as the sauna kept breaking down, it needed more attention from the staff in spa and pool area… the standard room I had was clean but again need attention in maintenance the windows were dirty and broken not a very nice to see …the property needs painting..,, and they definitely need to step up with the cleaning in pool and spa areas… I enjoyed my stay ..,, but won’t be rushing back .」

「The staff was very accomodating. Good breakfast. Nice location with bus stops a few steps from the Ropemaker.」

「The hotel is ok, we had a twin room in the cottage lodge, no 526, it was quite a walk from reception. Most of the staff were helpful and cheerful. The hotel is looking somewhat dated, the room needed a good deep clean, shower head and bath mat needed replacing, I did write this to the manger in the initial check in review, as we were only staying 1 night it wasn’t worth complaining about. The car park needs re signing as cars didn’t know which way to go round!」

「The bed was super comfy and a king size. Towels were fluffy and big. Room was hot but it was the time of the heatwave and a fan was already in the room so all good. The breakfast was delicious and loads of it. The staff were also great, particularly Jimmy who showed us to our room, he served us a pint and said that if it was not up to standard, to let him know and he’d change it! All great customer service, all round from everyone at the Nags Head - well done all!」

「Very good stay at The Crown at Emsworth. Check-in was really smooth and super friendly. Also, they were really accommodating with our dog, which was great! Room and bed were a little on the small size (we were in Room 7) but can’t fault the cleanliness, and how modern it was. Great stay - thank you!」

「Yes the write up may say that the venue is open late and has music but our whole room was vibrating from the said musicians til gone 3am. Then the noise of people and staff leaving. I think we managed just a couple of hrs sleep before a LONG drive home. Yes they give you ear plugs but they don’t help at all.」

「This was one of the best Inn's I've stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, bright and exactly as in the photos. The common areas were so inviting, there was outdoor garden spaces, indoor spaces with comfy seating for curling up with a book. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. I would highly recommend and I'm already try to plan another trip there.」
