「Feel comfortable, room is clean and tidy condition 」

「Modernised rooms, great spa and golf facilities. Plenty of space. Room servicing required attention. We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn’t serviced on any day noting we paid the same for each day we expected the room to look and feel clean each day. Dirty Coffee cups and glasses were left and whilst towels were replaced once (which was fine) the servicing lacked attention to detail. 」

「We wanted somewhere to stay the night ready to go to the airport early hours in the morning and this hotel was ideal. We was only there for about 12 hours, just somewhere to eat and rest our heads until we had to set off to the airport around 4am. I wish we had longer here. Everything about the hotel was perfect I definitely will be booking again and stay for a few days. 」

「Crewe Hall is absolutely stunning — the grounds and historic architecture are breathtaking, and the whole place has such a romantic, luxurious vibe. 「mostly positive stay at this hotel. Although parking was quite tight, I managed to find a space without too much trouble. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the room was clean, tidy, and free of any odours. The shower was a highlight—powerful with impressively hot water. My only real complaint is that the floors were extremely creaky throughout the building, which could be a bit distracting. 」
