「We stayed for 2 nights. Although it's in a beautiful location, my boyfriend got severe food poisoning from the dinner and was ill until 3am. The second night, we had young children alone in the room above us who were dragging and dropping furniture and stomping or jumping up and down NONSTOP for 3.5 hours. I called the front desk almost a half dozen times but they didn't do anything about it other than come up with excuses. They didn't even offer to move us. Our AC wasn't working and the room...

「The room and bathroom were clean, A/C worked well but was a bit loud. Grab and go breakfast was appreciated. The indoor pool looked nice (we didn’t use it). Check in check out was smooth. Would recommend for an overnight stay. Not the most luxurious but the price was right.」

「This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! 」

「Hideaway Bay is a great little spot. We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage itself was very clean and nice. The beach is quite rocky so you need shoes to walk around and for the water (especially for little kids). It was great to have access to loungers and umbrellas. The beach bar was delivered food and drinks right to you on the beach, I would suggest putting side tables with the beach furniture so people have a place to put their drink down. The fire at night was lovely, everyone gathered...

「This property is very expensive. 2 of the 5 lightbulbs in the bathroom were out, the light between the beds didn't work, and the bed closest to the door sounded like it had an aluminum or metal box underneath it. The tables also had a sticky on it in the dining room. The check in girl was nice at least. It was not worth $65, let alone $180. Not everyone can eat carbs for breakfast, so that was pointless. We had to go out to eat. I feel that this hotel is exploiting people by charging so much...
