I’ve stayed here several times. It’s near the highway, and restaurants, but the room floors are uncarpeted and there is always noisy machinery (air conditioning? Ice makers?) near my room. Also, neighbors’ noise is very evident.

No carpet anywhere in this place, and lots of space under doors to adjoining rooms, so you hear everything, even your neighbors’ snoring. They did move me away from a noisy drunk. Beds and floors were clean and shower was strong and hot.

A fair amount of people seem to be hanging around the place, but friendly enough. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable, the bed was very cozy. Ask for a room on the courtyard side! I was disappointed that there was only a small fridge (no freezer) and no microwave. The staff did step in and allow me to use the house freezer for my freezer packs. Very helpful staff.

I liked the outside access to the parking lot directly from my room. Heat did not seem to work very well. Staff at front desk were super nice! Breakfast being canceled was not good but it is what it is.

Staff was pleasant and respectful, but the facilities were dirty, poorly maintained and smelled like smoke. This morning when leaving, I about got high walking past a couple doing drugs next to the entrance to the hotel. I’ll pay more to stay somewhere else next time.

The room was clean and the staff member who checked us in was quite pleasant. Free breakfast is no longer offered. The hotel smelled like smoke. There was several long term guests of the hotel who were very loud. We were on the first floor and there was a man outside our window screaming violently to someone in the room above us. We felt very unsafe. Checked out at 6:00 just to get out of there.

I appreciated friendly staff , outside is in need of cleaning and parking lot has lots of pot holes, people were hanging around smoking out by the cars. I am not super paranoid so I hoped that no one would vandalize, luckily they didn't. Loud talking in the mornings in hall ways. No breakfast, boo. My room was very clean and my bed comfortable.

My mother and I stayed at the Econo Lodge for two nights. The room was pretty clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. But the shower had no slip proof guard - mat or anything - on the floor, so my 80 yr. old mother was afraid to shower. I did, and the shower floor did become extremely slippery. Might want to check on that. IMO a lawsuit waiting to happen. Props to the desk personnel, though, who were very helpful and friendly.

Room bedding appears very clean room is very dated no fridge no microwave. Hair on nightstand next to bed dirt on floor that has been tracked in soap scum on sink where previous people have put the soap after washing hands. Just not impressed with hotel smell either.

This is the first time we've booked without first reading reviews. Hotel is old, but not uncomfortable. We weren't expecting much and only needed a place to sleep after a grad party. Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable. Security was questionable, chain on door was broken and an exterior door in room was unlocked. Floors were not clean..corners in bathroom were not swept ( hair and dirt). There was no hot water in the morning. If we had not just been going home, this would have been way more upsetting. We were compensated a meer $15. Didn't seem like much for the inconvenience. Cost was comparable to other hotels in the area, in the future we'll dtive the extra few miles to another hotel.

No breakfast & outdated

First, let me say the staff was very friendly & my rating is not based off of the staff’s excellent service. Hotels.com advertised this stay to include free breakfast. A sign was posted on the door stating no breakfast. OK, no big deal. When I entered the room, it was clean but way outdated. The term lipstick on a pig comes to mind. The wall tile in the shower was painted & peeling revealing the old color of the tile. The caulk was moldy. The tub was painted too revealing the old color & painted color. I’m well aware this is a budget friendly hotel, but the hotel could have updated the bathroom a better way like a bath fitter instead of putting a bandaid on the problem. Once again, the staff was nice though.

Complete Disappointment and overpriced

The quality of this hotel is no where near the price I paid. When I got there, I had to wait a bit while nobody was at the front counter. There was always an unpleasant atmosphere: people smoking and lounging around the entrance (sitting on the ground), kids screaming, etc. The hallway where my room was located had a smoke-like odor. I also feel lied to because the booking here said free breakfast and they absolutely did not have any breakfast! The room was stuffy, had little lighting, the windows don’t open, and it was not very clean when I got it: there were hairs on the bathroom floor, spiderwebs, tiny small dead spiders, the tub had pink residue, etc. There were also large empty rooms of the building that had the lights off and were vacant. It felt eerie. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was large. I personally would avoid bringing children here. The quality of this hotel is worth about half the price I paid for it. Pay a little bit extra and get something decent. I would only recommend this place if there were literally no other options.
