「Very nice hotel. We had some drinks at the bar. The bed was soft and room was clean. The staff was friendly.」

「This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! 」

「Certain staff were great, I had to stay here during the sale of our house, after a few days we had a fruit fly problem. I was offered a different room but chose to just stay in it due to them only having availability on 2nd floor -but no working elevator. On the plus side, staff was great & they allow dogs.」

The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it.
