"Very nice hotel. Very clean, and the staff was very professional. Breakfast was also top-notch. The only issue I had was with the gym. They say they have a gym, but they don't; the equipment is old, and there are only a handful of dumbbells to use. If you're like me and need a gym, there is a gym 1 mile away (I walked) called Palestra Area Fitness that is very nice and offers day passes. Other than that, great hotel! "Good value for money - the hotel is in a great location for visiting Etna but is slightly too far up the hill to wonder into Zaffarena for dinner. Free and plentiful parking (in October). "Nice place to stay if you are travelling near Catania. It is located between Catania and Taormina (both ~30 mins drive), so it was convenient for us to explore both. Limited dining options in the area and we have been told the on-site dinner is only available on Sunday and Monday. For us, we drove to Taormina for dinner which was lovely.
