Hospitality from Mariano was top notch and he helped us booked a sunset horseback ride on the beach which was a highlight of the trip. Unique property up in the jungle of Mal Pais, so you will be best suited with 4wd car if you plan on driving. A sense of privacy and luxury while still surrounded by the outdoors. 」

The staff are all superb my kids loved the surf instructor (Diego is amazing) and I loved the morning yoga instructor (Daniella is superb) a great way to start your day and spend the whole day with attentive and professional staff. 「My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nya Hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant staff is warm and welcoming, creating a cozy family atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly caring; when my daughter severely sunburned her hand, they promptly brought us medication. Even during rain, they kindly provided umbrellas at guests’ doors. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. However, I found the note from the cleaning staff requesting a tip a bit unnecessary. 」
