This property is stunning, tucked away in the jungle, but still a (very) short walk to town and the beach. The pool is quiet, with monkeys and other critters to watch while you relax. Fabulous drinks and OUTSTANDING food. The staff was nice, accommodating and overall very friendly- we really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

My experience at this hotel was pretty amazing. I loved the atmosphere, the staff were friendly and personable, the room was beautiful. I felt really taken care of, the cleaning crew were excellent and I felt welcomed. They helped me book a couple of excursions and I did some adventuring on my own. It’s close to the downtown so you can go to restaurants but it’s out of the way, and feels like an oasis. I felt very safe in Montezuma and didn’t have any unpleasant interactions. Really I was looking for a place to relax and reset and this was everything I wanted in my vacation. Definitely would like to go back!

The whole experience was exceptional. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. A relaxed vibe to the hotel which perfectly matched the area. Clean, well maintained and comfortable throughout. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. It was delicious! We saw so much wildlife around the grounds of the hotel, monkeys, birds, reptiles. The beach is a short walk away and felt a safe place to visit and was clean. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the service and food in the restaurant. It's that feeling when food is prepared with love. It was very tasty and clean! While we were waiting for our main courses, they brought us crispy bread with cheese spreads, and for dessert, we got to try fruit ice cream, courtesy of the restaurant. The waiters were very friendly, especially Artur. He makes delicious non-alcoholic cocktails and will recommend one to suit your taste! He's a very welcoming guy. The hotel is budget-friendly, but very clean, and the sheets and towels smell nice and fresh.

The property is tucked into the jungle close to town and the beach. The sound of the surf is relaxing. There is always wildlife on the property: birds, monkeys, aguatis, iguanas. It's a great spot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good restaurant. Great breakfast options.

Hotel is right by the beach with great staff. Restaurant was quite good. My only complaint was there was nowhere to sit in the room besides a very uncomfortable desk chair. Also lots of mosquitoes. They should put fans in by the bar

Comfortable clean rooms, lovely staff, excellent yoga instructors, brilliant location. Restaurant menu was a little over ambitious although the banana macadamia nut pancakes and the sorbets are excellent. Very good cocktails.

Stunning hotels nestled in nature

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Nya is located a short walk from Montezuma. The grounds are stunning with pathways through lush forest. There’s little nooks with hammocks, a yoga platform, and gorgeous pool. Sitting at the pool and watching monkeys, squirrels and tropical birds was amazing. We ate breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was a great start to the day with the daily juice, varied menu and coffee. The bar had a great happy hour, with a fun bar tender who made delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Montezuma
