「The rooms were refurbished and clean with no carpet. The AC worked great and beds and pillows very comfortable. My main concern was that they gave us the key to an already occupied room. One of us opened the door and someone was sound asleep in bed. We used the chain lock to make sure that didn't happen to us. Also the bathroom fan was loud and our coffee pot was missing. We didn't wake in time for breakfast. Overall it was good. A great night's sleep and affordable! We booked through Expedia...

「I had a problem with my reservation and the front desk helped me through it. The air conditioner was not on in my room so you could smell the humidity. So I turned on the air conditioner and by the time I was unpacked the room smelt normal and the room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the towels were large. Overall a very nice stay. 」

「I'm not sure how this property got 8 stars, it is more like a 6 or 7 star hotel. Things like a/c, elevator, treadmill were not well-maintained. The room was clean, bedding smelled slightly like potato chips or some kind of fried food. Gym equipment was rusted and having issues due to high humidity and no adequate drying by a/c in gym room. Staff were very helpful during out late check-in.」

「In our first room there were crickets in the tub. We got moved because our air was not blowing out. However, the next room had an ant infestation.」

「I truly wish that I could give this property 5 stars because the staff was so kind and helpful, the lobby was welcoming, and breakfast was extensive compared to many similar properties. Unfortunately, they have a mildew problem, and if you are sensitive to that, I would not recommend staying here. It appears that the hallways as well as the elevator shafts are not air conditioned, so the mixture of warm air in the halls/ elevator shafts and the chilly air in the guest rooms and lobbies causes...
