"My room was perfect. I have come to CityBox a few times before and have always enjoyed it except for the time I was given room 613 I believe it was, which was way too small. So small I could only stand in about half the room. That room should be turned back to the broom closet it once was!"

"Extremely close to the train station, which is very convenient. But the area immediately surrounding the hotel was slightly rugged. Had to go a few blocks in any direction to get into what felt like a cleaner and nicer area."

"I stayed at this hotel overnight during a layover and had a positive experience overall. The location is extremely convenient—just a 5-minute walk from the airport, making things much easier. The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were attentive and welcoming. We did have a minor inconvenience when the lights went out in our room, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally by moving us to another room. They even offered us breakfast as a kind gesture, even though we had to leave early and couldn’t stay. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality stood out, and I would consider staying here again."
